"I had a very good experience at the Government Hospital. The doctors are highly skilled and dedicated to patient care. The nursing staff and other medical team members were very polite, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The hospital premises were clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were better than expected. The treatment provided was effective, and the staff explained every step clearly. It’s truly commendable how the hospital manages such a large number of patients efficiently while maintaining quality service."

"I want to share my experience regarding my wisdom tooth treatment at the government hospital. Initially, my issue was not examined properly, which left me worried. Later, I was guided to Dr. Farid (Room No. 28), and that truly changed everything. Dr. Farid was extremely kind, patient, and supportive. He listened carefully and guided me properly. His calm and respectful nature made me feel comfortable and confident. I am truly grateful for his help. There was also another gentleman whose name I do not remember, but his words — “Be bold, you have to be bold” — really touched my heart and gave me strength. Just for these people m giving this hospital 5 stars. Dr. Farid, if you are seeing this, I am really grateful to you. Thank you for your kindness and humanity. Doctors like you make a real difference!"

"Very poor management at Sector 39 Government Hospital, Noida Visited for an ultrasound and was extremely disappointed. Over 200 people come daily but only 100–120 get the service after waiting for 4–5 hours. There's no proper token system — people just sit in long, unorganized queues. 👎 Staff and guards are not helpful at all. They don’t provide clear information and often behave rudely. 🚺 No privacy for women in the ultrasound room — anyone can walk in while the scan is happening. 💺 Chairs are broken, people were seen falling while sitting. 🧼 Washrooms are dirty and smell terrible, and patients waiting in line have to suffer through it. If this is how our government hospitals run, it's no surprise that people are forced to go to expensive private clinics."

"Had a dog bite in the early morning, immediately rushed to hospital's emergency ward , dog bite cell is just next to entrance. Everyone at front desk and doctors are knowledgeable, very helpful and receptive.Hospital is neat & clean.Entire treatment completed in 5 minutes, amazing experience. Best part is not charged a single penny , no consultation charges and free medicine."

"Alright experience. Registration fees is Rs 1. Keep change. You need token from abha app before registration which is valid for 2 weeks approximately. There is line for everything and so much back And forth because people aren't very helpful. They think you will figure it out. But as a government hospital, I think it isn't that bad except for hygiene.. I have seen private hospitals that are worse than this. We went for medical certificate which costs Rs 70 but had to do visit 8 times because staff is unhelpful and refuse service or are unavailable. The washrooms are in very bad condition. Broken commode and locks, no water in some taps, no handwash in some washrooms. God bless you if you ever have to visit here."
